My Approach to Online Training

Online training is a way to work with a coach literally anywhere in the world. In many ways, having an online coach is no different from having a coach work with you in real-time.  We will assess both your posture and movement, looking for issues that could possibly hold you back. And I'm going to coach you on your lifting technique and help you improve your form on the various lifts. The only downside to working with me online versus in person is that we won't have the immediate feedback that you'd get from a live session. Instead, we'll rely on videos so that I can still review your technique and give you a thing to work on from week-to-week. But consider how variable it would be to have someone objective writing your program? If you're serious about getting more out of your body then let's talk about how you can get started.

How Does Online Training Work?

 

 

We will build a customized training plan for you so that you can bring your workouts to the gym, track your progress.  We review your progress and tweaks your training plan. 

 

Online personal training requires a short time commitment of six months to a year. Your body needs time to adjust and change, this gives enough time for your body to start making dramatic changes.

 

The first month includes all the assessments, workouts, and nutritional guidance. Each month is going to get you nutritional attention and full access to me through emails, blog posts, and skype sessions for awesome results. 

 

Video and picture support for a demonstration of proper technique for any exercise or movement to ensure your safety.

I charge depending on the coaching package you decide to go with. I have three separate tiers, so there is something for every budget.

  • Initial Fitness test, Personalized movement assessment and correction, and information assessment over

  • Overhead Squat Assessment

  • Unlimited Program Design (programs that improve function, muscle strength, muscle power, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, and balance). How -to demo videos for exercise techniques

  • Weekly Email Support
