I started FreeFit Fitness in 2015. I saw a need for fitness training for 50-plus people because our fitness needs are different. Mature adults have a separate set of needs, interests, and desires than their younger counterparts. I do private Personal Training for all ages and physical levels but have a preference for mature adults. I do SilverSneakers class for mature adults. I have created an online presence for a fitness program called Command Center through Facebook. Have created and completed several finished fitness Challenges with over 100 people between Six challenges.

Their sole responsibility is to design customized workout programs and train our members based on their needs. I have over 50 clients. Half of my clientele are people over 50yrs. I perform functional sessions with my clients for over 50yrs. I also do several group classes. Bootcamp, Bodyworks, Power Circuit, and Yoga.

Provide fitness services by carrying out evaluations, developing and implementing progressive, individualized exercise programs, and adapting these programs to individual members’ goals and limitations. Track members’ exercise activities through either our Flex program or another site-specific program.
