Refund/Cancellation Policy

Once payment is made for a given month for One-On-One training, online training, and coaching there are no refunds due to all the amount of time involved in preparing custom programs for my clients. If you are unhappy for any reason, I will give you an additional 30 days of the current program or new program at no charge so that I can help you re-evaluate your plan and your goals to ensure that you are getting the result that we both expect, and to ensure that we are maximizing your potential for success. The only exception to this policy, is if you contact me within 24 hours of making your payment.


Cancellation Policy


The month-to-month commitment is set to automatically renew on the 1st of each month.  The client may end this commitment any time they wish by submitting a written request for termination to The request for termination must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing period (1st of the following month). If less than 7 days, the next billing period will be processed, and the commitment will be terminated the following month. 


With One-On-One clients To reschedule any appointment, I must be notified by your at least 24 hours prior to the appointment; otherwise, the session will be charged.
